If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
The item/s must be returned unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in the original packaging.
Your return must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@automobilityconcepts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), this is dependent on your card issuers policies.
